First time product purchase process

1. Register as a member for free - fill in the registration information via email.

2. Select the product you want to purchase. Click Buy Now - go to checkout.

3. On the payment page, first fill in your personal information (name, address, phone number) and then select a payment method. We provide 3 payment methods. Click on the detailed description for a clear understanding. If you still have questions, please consult customer service staff.

There are 3 payment methods on the payment page

1.CreditCard (credit card)

2. Bank direct deposit method (including telephone transfer, bank counter)

3. Canada Email Money Transfer (EMT)

4. Confirm that the filled in information and order are correct and then select submit order.

 

5. If you choose to use Credit Card, enter the credit card number, expiration date, security code, and cardholder name on the bank payment page to complete the payment.

 

6. If you choose to use bank deposit, after submitting the order, please go to the nearby bank counter to make a deposit or make a phone transfer and indicate the order number.

7. If you choose to use Canadian Email Money Transfer, after submitting the order, please log in to your online banking account to perform EMT transfer and indicate the order number. If you don’t know about EMT transfer, please check out the e-Transfer electronic remittance introduction .

 

8. Shipping method:

1. QQ and WeChat customer service online personnel will provide a recharge account according to the information filled in your order, and contact the online customer service to apply for online shipment through QQ and WeChat.

2. If the purchased goods are card-coded and are sent online via email, you need to provide your email account in your personal information and contact online customer service to apply for sending via email.

3. Issues that customers need to pay attention to. When your order is paid, we will go through the order system within 5 minutes. If the supplier is out of stock, system maintenance, etc., the delivery time may be extended. We will Coordinate with suppliers as soon as possible.
