Refund Policy

We have a 48-hour refund policy. If it is more than 48 hours after purchase, we are sorry that we cannot give you a refund.

If a return is necessary, the item you purchased must be unused and have not changed in condition since you received it.

There are several types of goods that cannot be returned, such as: game points, game coins, physical card secrets, direct games (such as: China Apple APP store, QQ membership, Blizzard balance, etc.) cannot be refunded.

Please use the card immediately after purchasing it. If the card number and password are incorrect, please contact customer service. We will check the card password status with the supplier and reply to you within 24 hours.

Refund (if applicable)

Once you have a refund request, we will send you an email or use QQ or WeChat to notify you whether the refund request can be approved.

If your refund is approved, your money will be credited back to your bank account using the original payment method.

Refund not received or not received for a long time (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund, the first thing you'll want to do is check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company and bank, it may take some time.

If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

If you use coupons to purchase goods,

We cannot issue refunds.

Our policy lasts 48 Hours. If 48 Hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
