Refund Policy

 

我们是48小时退款政策。如果购买后超过48小时,很抱歉我们不能给您退款。

如有必要退货,您所购买的商品必须是没有使用过的,并且在您收到货后没有改变它的状态。

有几个类型的商品是不能被退回的,例如:游戏点卡、游戏币、实体卡卡密、直冲游戏(例如:中国苹 APP store,QQ会员,暴雪余额,等等)不能退款。

购买点卡后请马上使用,如果出现卡号和密码错误,请联系客服,我们会向供货商查询卡密状态并且在24小时内给您答复。

退款(如果适用)

一旦您有退款请求,我们将发送E-mail或者用QQ或微信通知您退款请求是否能批准。

如果您的退款被批准,您的钱将按照原先付款方式退回到你的银行账户。

退款未收到或者很久未收到(如果适用)

如果您没有收到退款,首先您要检查您的银行账户。

然后联系您的信用卡公司和银行,它可能会需要一些时间。

如果您仍然没有收到退款,请联系我们。

我们不可以退款。







Our policy lasts 48 Hours. If 48 Hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as game coin, Dianka,prepaid RP cards Straight into the game(E.G China Apple App store,QQ Member ,Blizzard Balance etc.) cannot be returned.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or QQ or Wechat to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@186card.com.

Redeem items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately reedeem items cannot be refunded.
